he Customer Coordinator’s objective is to develop and maintain strong working relationships with NORMA’s customers by efficiently, professionally, and effectively handling all customer offering, ordering and informational needs. The Customer Coordinator is the interface between Norma and the customer in terms of offers, orders and contracts. The CM will feed the team with all necessary information to meet the needs of the customers in fulfillment of NORMA’s business plan, vision, and mission. 


Essential Job Functions:

  • Selection of and participation in customer enquiries.
  • Supports Business Project Coordinator in coordination of inquiries
  • Quoting and contract management
  • Responsibility for customer enquiries up to the time of the customer's award or its rejection. Supports the BPM in coordination of the company-wide flow of information within the customer team and the respective departments.
  • Offer tracking, re-negotiation within the given framework conditions
  • Implementation of the measures resulting from the analysis of "Leakers & Bleeders".
  • Visualizing and monitoring of provisions during the year.
  • Inspection and review of customer contracts and orders, if necessary, in cooperation with Legal.
  • Periodic customer visits in coordination with Key Account Management and Sales Management.
  • Preparation and conduction of price negotiations in coordination with Key Account Management and Sales Management.
  • Participation in the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP/ KAIZEN)
  • Improving the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
  • Support of Customer (Account) Management in strategic planning (e.g. BDS)
  • Execution of budget planning, together with Customer (Account) Management
  • Request, check and adjust calculations, together with the Cost Estimator.
  • Creation and maintenance of opportunities in CRM
  • Evaluation of relevant internal and external data (CRM & Deltamaster, BI tools)


  • Engineering or commercial graduate with a working experience of at least 3 years in sales of industrial products in need of explanation, ideally in the Automotive and/or Energy Industries sector
  • Teamwork, multitasking ability
  • Ability to meet the requirements even under high pressure.
  • Fluent English verbal and writing, second language preferable.
  • The applicant must be able to assess the commercial impact of his or her actions. To develop customer-oriented solutions independently in a direction that is in a timely and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Employees will need a unique sense to topics related to New Energy.
  • Important for all employees will be an attitude to dynamic, independent and interdisciplinary way of working in a self-driven team
