About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Relocations) to lead strategic relocation initiatives across our global operations. This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering complex relocation projects while ensuring business continuity, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Reporting directly to the Vice President PMO, CAPEX, ME & Operational Excellence, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to successfully execute large-scale relocation programs from planning through stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, and governance structures
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, HR, and external partners
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring robust contingency planning
  • Manage equipment transfers, site readiness, commissioning, and operational ramp-up
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Manage external vendors, consultants, and contractors
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Establish best practices and lessons learned for future transformation initiatives

Who You Are

You are a strategic and results-driven leader who combines strong execution skills with a hands-on approach. You thrive in dynamic environments, can manage ambiguity and competing priorities, and are comfortable working closely with executive stakeholders to deliver business-critical transformation projects.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial projects
  • Strong project management expertise; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, and customer management
  • Experience working in complex international and matrix organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence across functions
  • Experience managing significant project budgets and business cases
  • Fluent English communication skills
