About your position:

  • Coordinates technological supervision of the factory and process engineering,
  • Designs and develops technological processes that meet customer requirements, environment and ergonomic requirements,
  • Participates in development of PFMEA and technological processes in accordance with customer requirements, quality regulations, environmental protection and occupational safety regulations,
  • Prepares technical documentation and distributes to users
  • Responsible for all aspects of technological processes, machines, tools and production dynamics
  • Responsible for process (determines deviation of material norm, work methods, time norms for processes, performs localization and configuration of production lines, calculation of process costs, prepares a process flow chart),
  • Maintains data on processes in ERP system (flow and dynamics of production, setting time, machines, tools…)
  • Coordinates production optimization ("lean manufacturing" concept), monitors current projects.
  • Reports timely and accurately to his/ her immediate superior and is responsible for data accuracy,
  • Adheres to ethical principles of the profession and acts in accordance with company policies and procedures, 
  • Performs other duties, within their professional qualifications, at the request of an immediate superior, 
  • Obliged and responsible, within the scope of his/her work, to implement measures for safe and healthy work in accordance with the Law on Safety and Health at Work, other relevant regulations and Collective Agreement for Safety and Health at work with the employer,
  • Respects the measures of environmental protection and fire protection within the scope of his/her duties,
  • Participates in ensuring the functioning of the Quality System in accordance with quality standards.

 

About your expertise:

  • Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Advanced computer skills
  • 2+ years of working experience in the same or similar position
  • Detailed knowledge of application and interpretation procedure of results CAD, APQP, FMEA, Control plan, SPC
  • Knowledge of PPAP, MSA concept methodology
