The Manager L&D and Recruiting is a role in the Group HR function, which is responsible to steer, influence and set strategic direction for the whole NORMA Group. In this role you support, enable and help introducing harmonized best practice processes, frameworks & tools to enhance our effectiveness.
Responsibilities
In this position you will be able to have a direct impact in many areas of the employee life cycle, such as: Talent Attraction, Recruiting, Onboarding, L&D, Talent Development and Engagement. This may include working on the following topics/projects with a strategic mindset & hands-on attitude:
- Talent Attraction:

- Together with external support analyze the current environment and define a new EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and build the employer brand internally & externally
- Set up global standards and guidelines for the usage of the ATS and leverage it´s functions

- Recruiting:
-
- Together with external support set up the future recruitment operating model and implement it globally together with all respective stakeholders

- Onboarding:
-
- Continue to work on the global onboarding approaches, create corresponding Elearnings or materials and communicate the templates to all HR-colleagues

- (Online) Learning:
-
- Enhance (online) training portfolio and build up online & blended learning programs for different target groups. Initiate, create and conduct trainings and facilitate workshops at all levels (from individual employees to executives).

- Talent Management & Development:

- Review, improve and align the group-wide Talent Management process incl. Succession Planning & Individual Development Plans. Improving or implementing new development activities like Mentoring, Coaching or 360°-Feedback.

Profile
- University degree or equivalent
- 5 years+ working experience in a HR Development context in an international company
- Work experience in the field of conceptional Talent Attraction desired
- Proven record in design & concept of modern L&D tools as well as their delivery beneficial
- Project management skills with the ability to plan and drive project through pilot & implementation phase
- Ability to communicate effectively with different & diverse audiences at all levels
- Advanced experience in facilitating workshops & trainings, virtual and in-person
- Ability to see big picture & design global frameworks
