What is this position about?

Contribution in securing uninterrupted and balanced supply of finished goods and raw materials from our suppliers through our manufacturing plants and distribution centers to our customers within EMEA region. Working on continuous improvement and optimization of E2E demand and supply planning process as part of Advanced Planning team you will be lead and one of Key users of our E2E planning software and will support plants in monthly cycle and execution of long and short term planning processes (MPS, S&OP).

About your position

• Development of short and long term planning process PPDS, MPS, RCCP, S&OP
• Implementation of Advance Planning software for E2E supply chain planning on regional EMEA level and plant level
• Executing supply planning  for specific plants in EMEA region
• Implementation of new planning processes and procedures with plants per time line define for specific projects
• Executing demand planning process for EMEA as per needed bases (contingency, temporary replacement…)
• Controlling overall inventory levels according to target deployment and continuously optimize inventory structure via appropriate planning structure and parameters deployment to plants
• Being part of team which prepare and lead regional  Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and meetings for region EMEA
• Periodic update and review of planning parameters on regional and plant level and do necessary analysis in order to set right parameter and deploy them to plant level and in E2E Advanced Planning software
• Providing training and guidance to plant Supply Chain teams in short and long term planning topics
• Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of Material Master Data

About your expertise

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain and Logistic, Mathematics, Economics or technical sciences
• At least 3 years of experience in Automotive or FMCG industry in similar position(s)
• Experience in production and material planning – supply chain planning
• Strong analytical, numerical and project management skills
• Experience in Advanced Planning Software and ERP systems (Kinaxis and D365 (MS Finance and Operations – ex AX) is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analytics
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• High ability to work in an international team and is an open minded person
• Teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility
