Leads and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, equipment, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems. Supports Manufacturing to ensure production objectives are met.

    Coordinates Preventative Maintenance on equipment and machinery, ensures parts supply and service schedules are in place to minimize equipment interruptions.
    Coordinates machine changeovers for assembly and molding equipment per production demand.  
    Ensures changeovers are done correctly and on time. 
    Repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
    Installs machinery and equipment and repairs automated machinery and equipment such as semi-automatics and programmable controllers.
    Establishes and maintains molding processes.
    Notifies management team concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
    Maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment.
    Conducts process studies and develops an acceptable process.
    Develops and conducts equipment training program and demonstrates skills to trainees. 
    Maintains liaison with outside organization, such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams to assure information exchange and mutual assistance.
    Ensure all maintenance personnel are performing required job tasks.
    Comply with QMS and EHS Standard policies and procedures.
