Purpose:
To grow sales revenue through the establishment of key strategic customers and identify new business opportunities in the industrial application.

Reporting Responsibilities:
This position reports to the General Manager of NORMA Korea Inc.
Department:
BD Sales – Industrial Application (IA)
Location:
Seoul, Korea
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience:
- B.A in Engineering and a post graduate qualification in sales and marketing would be advantage.
- 5-8 years’ experience in a similar position of Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Engineer
- Previous experience working in a multi-national company and selling similar or associated products (Piping, MV Cable, Cable Tray, Clamps, Hose, Automotive parts, Compression Fittings) marketing/selling to the distribution centers/services, industry, wholesale, general industry, etc.
- Experience in or setting up distribution networks for projects and wholesales.
- Demonstrated ability to apply solution selling or cross selling as part of organic sales.
- Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and to close deals.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within an international manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and spoken English is a must.
- Local national or permanent resident speaking and writing the local language.
- Ability to develop an internal, informal network.
- Proficient in the use of standard software packages.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment, self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
