Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement, repair, and testing of electromechanical and solid state energized equipment, using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools.  Apply electrical theory and know how according to the National Electrical Code and company electrical standards to modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and controls for industrial equipment, which includes selection of equipment and materials as well as electrical instrumentation and equipment.

 

Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatics, presses, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturers instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

 

Work Hours: Monday- Friday, 3pm- 11pm, and weekly available overtime

Required:

▪   High School diploma or equivalent

    Associate degree or Certificate in Electrical Technology or completion of a recognized vocational education program in electrical or industrial electrical technology.
