The global Business Units are divided in three; being “Engineered Joining Technology” where for the major part customer designed application related components and systems are supplied to the OEM and Tier industry worldwide; “Distribution Services Standardized Joining Technology” and “Water Management” where specialized in producing and distributing via own distribution centers or appointed importers and dealers, standard general application connectors from stock in over 70 countries to the MRO market
Purpose:
Maximize sales volume and margin in the region through growth in defined markets, applications, territories, and channels footprints. Developing and managing of channel strategies and expansion to reach served markets along with supervision of direct reports. Development of staff and team competencies as well as branding strategies and execution.
Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Liaising and execution with all relevant stakeholders to achieve overall region business revenue and margin expectations.
- Geographical & Industry Segment focus will be creating & expanding new businesses in assigned territory, Industry with effective partnership with channels.
- Participation and execution of Business plan with clear specifics on strategies and tactics implementations. These may be represented in the following manners:
- Credible forecasting and budget of business with clear visibility on pathways of achievements.
- Opportunities tracking and follow up with the use of customer relationship management tools
- Monthly business updates and forecasting
- Opportunity identification, qualification, and development to drive growth expectations. Strategies to develop business in Off road & Agri OEM’s. Enable consistent growth while managing variations.
- Operate through inter department communication and co-ordination in fulfilling enquiry to order and order to fulfilment and shipment cycle. Resolving account receivables and other operational issues.
- Liaising and co-ordination with other Group setup within India and beyond with regards to corporate and business development programs.

This position manages Channel team in the assigned Territory.
Profile:
- Degree in Engineering. Post-graduate qualification in sales and marketing is preferred.
- At least 15 years of relevant industrial prior experience
- Key industrial knowledge in the region such as (and not limited to), Off road, Industrial OEM’s, Infrastructure EPC Contractors executing projects, Industrial, Oil & Gas, Heavy Equipment, Construction White Goods.
- Ability to analyze data and formulate relevant strategies and tactics.
- Key account Management, Channel management strategies, tactics, and expansion strategies
- Sound engineering knowledge in relation to engineering joints applications.
- A good appreciation on process and project management process and its’ role to business improvement.
- Proven track records in Key accounts management driven growth in the region.
- Development of new customers, markets, and territories.
- Proven records in project management.
- Developing an effective and communicable business plan strategies and tactics to lead team and harness supporting department alignment.
- Proven record on autonomous work in business and staff development.
- Proficient in the use of standard business software packages such as Microsoft Office.
