We are looking for an experienced HRSSC Manager to provide comprehensive support for our India entities, overseeing key HR functions including MIS reporting, HR budgeting, employee separation, policy harmonization, and merit processes. The HRSSC Manager will ensure smooth coordination and alignment of HR operations across the entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR Shared Services (HRSSC) operations, focusing on MIS reporting, HR budgeting, employee separation, and policy harmonization.
- Prepare and deliver accurate MIS reports to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Oversee the HR budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective resource allocation.
- Manage employee separation processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Drive policy harmonization initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment between entities.
- Drive the harmonization of insurance policies across entities to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Administer the merit process, ensuring fair and transparent performance evaluation and compensation adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience of minimum 10 years in HR Shared Services or HR operations management.
- Expertise in HR budgeting, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
