Main Duties:

Verification of potential suppliers of components and raw materials at the suppliers' sourcing stage

Qualification of new suppliers by conducting an audit and assessment of meeting group requirements in terms of quality, environmental, compliance, and social responsibility

Supervision of supplier evaluation results and responsibility for implementing corrective actions on the supplier's side

Planning and conducting audits with suppliers

Supervision over incoming inspection proces

Reporting and supervision of the complaints process to suppliers (8d analysis, communication with the supplier, evaluation of the effectiveness of actions)

Responsibility for the settlement of costs of complaints with suppliers and supervision of non-compliant material

Responsibility for the process of approving components with suppliers (PPAP) and ensuring timely process in accordance with the adopted project schedule

Verification and preparation of procedures, quality instructions

Managing work organization in a subordinate team

Preparation of analyzes and summaries

Responsibility for achieving process indicators (KPI)

Requirements :

Min. 2 years of experience in the purchasing or quality department in a production company from automotive industry
Very good command of English in speech and writing
Higher technical or economic education
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel)
IATF internal auditor qualifications
The powers of the VDA auditor will be an advantage
Knowledge of the MS Dynamics AX system is welcome
Availability in the field of business travel
Cat B driving licenses

Polish language speaker as mandatory
