What is this position about ?
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter – Local Execution & Global Strategy to lead recruitment efforts for a specific location while also shaping and cascading global recruitment strategies. This role is part of the global HR team and requires a seasoned recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder management, and brings a strategic mindset to talent acquisition.
Main responsibilities:
Global Recruitment & Strategy:
- Recruitment execution for specific Senior roles and supporting other global locations when required.
- As part of the global HR team, this role will lead the design of scalable recruitment strategies and ensure their effective cascade and implementation across locations.
- Analyze recruitment data to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity hiring.
- Contribute to global projects such as technology rollouts, process optimization, and vendor management.
Local Recruitment Execution:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Novi Sad office, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to turn workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a mix of high-volume and strategic hiring.
- Proven success in managing recruitment for fast-scaling teams or locations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global matrix environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
