Main responsibilities:

 

  • Continuous optimization and enhancement of SCM processes within NORMA Group, collaborating with plants and regions to address challenges and improve service delivery and logistics efficiency.
  • Preparing business cases (costs, benefits) for change initiatives.
  • Support developing and administrating (Governance) Supply Chain standards throughout NORMA.
  • Learning and executing improvements in order management, planning and logistics and in related areas.
  • Administration and support of training platforms in collaboration with HR, such as Skill Dynamics.
  • Conducting cost center analyses and contributing to the annual cost center budget preparation process.
  • Management and administration of risk management systems, such as Sphera.
  • Providing administrative assistance to relevant departments, including creating purchase requisitions and organizing business meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Participation as a team member and leader in global, cross-functional projects involving SCM and purchasing departments, including sub-projects and Kaizen activities as part of the NORMA Production system.
  • Oversight and updates of Supply Chain Management (SCM) SharePoints, including the control and revision of standard documents in coordination with SCM.
  • Governance and maintenance (e.g. revision, update of procedures) of the central Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant standards like ISO 9001.
  • Coordination and facilitation of internal and external audits incl. yearly Performance Review, collaborating closely with Quality Management (QM) and other relevant functions.
  • Ownership of the 'Documented Information' process, adhering to applicable standards and ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documentation.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain / Logistics / Quality.
  • First professional experience (preferably in an industrial environment in the functions of supply chain and/or quality management).
  • Basic knowledge of QMS and norms and standards.
  • Experience in ERP SCM Dynamics D365 is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform in a command-and-control role under pressure and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
  • Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ambition to develop into broader scope of responsibility and potentially into a leadership position.
  • Advanced User of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Willingness to travel or relocate and to work in an international business environment.
  • English level C1.
