NORMA Start Program

The NORMA Start program aims to introduce young people like you — who are at the beginning of their professional careers — to the business environment and the way a modern industrial system operates. You’ll have the opportunity to gain your first work experience in a technologically innovative environment, using state-of-the-art software and facing the everyday challenges of modern business.

During your internship, you’ll be working full-time, with a strong focus on your development and learning through a series of organized training programs. You’ll have the chance to complete your internship and explore one of the following areas in more depth:

• Customer Service
  • German Language
  • Italian Language
  • French Language
  • Spanish Language
  • English Language
• Purchasing
• Supply Chain

Who can apply?

You can take part in the NORMA Start program if you are a student in the final year of your undergraduate or master’s studies, or if you have recently graduated. Excellent command of English and solid computer skills are required.
