Responsibilities

 

  • HR Controlling & Advanced Reporting
      • Own and further develop the Global HR data model, ensuring data governance and a single source of truth across all HR processes
      • Drive the digitalization of HR reporting through automation, dashboarding, and system optimization
      • Develop and maintain advanced HR dashboards (KPI-based, predictive, and management-oriented)
      • Analyze workforce trends (headcount, FTE, turnover, absenteeism, productivity, labor cost, etc.) and provide actionable insights to management
      • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting cycles with clear executive commentary
      • Ensure data quality standards and implement data validation controls
      • Partner closely with Finance, Controlling, IT, and Global HR to align HR metrics with financial and business KPIs
      • Act as key HR representative of HRIS Reporting Module and reporting digital transformation projects
  • Digitalization & Process Optimization
      • Lead automation initiatives in HR reporting and C&B processes
      • Design standardized reporting frameworks and governance rules
      • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for HRBPs and HR Admins on data accuracy and reporting standards
      • Implement Power BI dashboards to replace manual Excel reporting where possible
  • Compensation & Benefits Analytics
      • Support annual compensation cycles (salary reviews, bonus calculations, budgeting simulations)
      • Develop compensation cost simulations aligned with business planning
      • Support automation of C&B processes within HRIS and reporting tools

 

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, HR Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Controlling, Reporting, HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced data analytics and interpretation skills
  • Understanding of financial controlling principles (labor cost planning, budgeting, forecasting)
  • Fluent in English
