The purpose of this role is to support the development and global expansion of our B2B webshop platform. The position combines e-commerce platform management, digital marketing activities, and data-driven optimization to improve the customer experience and drive online engagement across international markets.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the rollout of our B2B webshop (Adobe Commerce / Magento) into new international markets.
  • Develop and continuously improve the platform by introducing new digital features (chat tools, self-service options) working closely with IT teams to prioritize and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure high product data quality, analyze webshop performance and define KPIs to track platform success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (e.g. email, SEO) to increase traffic, user adoption, and customer loyalty across global markets
  • Support sales objectives and key product launches through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams and manage external partners to ensure timely execution of the digital roadmap.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in a digital environment (E-Commerce, Marketing, or Tech).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language is mandatory
  • Experience in international project environments, ideally with exposure to rolling out digital platforms across different markets.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento) or comparable shop systems, as well as experience with common Content Management Systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM, DAM, or PIM systems is a strong plus, demonstrating and understanding of integrated data flows
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data validation, and pivot tables.
  • High level of initiative and passion for pushing new digital services and expanding market presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between IT, Product Management, and Marketing.
