Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Customer Opportunity Management/ Inside Sales Management processes.
  • Support all members of Sales team to provide a fast, comprehensive and accurate service to new and existing customers.
  • Use of E-CRM tool for lead and opportunity generation.
  • Administrative Support to Business Development Managers for RFQ’s. Includes raising quotations, obtaining pricing and product information from other NORMA Plants and suppliers.
  • Delivering quotation over Microsoft D365 system to customers.
  • Responsible for all operational sales activities within the entity; such as price entry, account submission,  orders comply, issuing the return invoices an etch.
  • Proactive contact with existing customers to influence and maximize order activity and enhance cross-selling.
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
  • Order entry to Microsoft D365 systems of related entities and maintain customer’s data in ERP Systems.

 

Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years of customers service experience is required preferably in a customer service role in an industrial company.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English language (both written and spoken)
  • Experienced in customer relationship.
  • Experienced in use of different kind of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Experienced to work with international teams/ familiar with team work culture.
  • Should have commercial skills with customer focus.
  • Ability to work with different customer types from different cultures.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
