1. Validation of New Products: Conduct tests according to standards, collaborate with the design department to prepare reports, and release the product to the production or marketing department.                    
2. Process Implementation:    Interact with production team and implement new process and validate during Daily activityes.                        
3. Product Quality Standards:    Develop and implement product quality standards. Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods for maximum efficiency.                        
4. Feedback Collection:    Conducts feedback surveys on new products in disscusion with sales / Markating team,and incorporates feedback for improvements, etc.                         
5. Root Cause Analysis:    Site visit, root cause analysis ,feedbacks against critical complaints to R&D department.                        
6. Competitive Analysis:    Analysis  competitors  products and field performance - SWOT Analysis.                        
7. Material & Process Exploration: Explore possibilities of new materials, process to suit our products range.                        
8. Coordination with Certification Bodies: Coordination with National and International certificate bodies for the certification/Testing of fittings manufactured, Such as National bodies BIS & CIPET. International bodies- BSI, DVGW,SAI,GLOBAL & SIRIM.                        
9. Technical Support to the Marketing(BD) Team: Technical Support to the marketing Team, Such as:                                                                                                                                                                                                               
   • Preparation & Circulation of technical specifications of the product manufactured.                                                                                                    
   • 2) Preparation & Circulation of technical Presentation of the product manufactured.                                                                                                        
   • 3) Preparation of QAP for in house inspection testing.                        
10. Customer Complaint Resolution:Coordination &technical guidance with technician & ASTS to attend /resolve the customer complaints.                        
11. Compliance Adherence: Adheres to compliance of new product with ISO requirements and EHS (Endowment Health Safety) standards.                        
12. Testing Facility Upgradation: Upgrade and develop testing facilities for products based on specific requirements.
