Our team is globally responsible for NORMA Group’s Internal Audit & Risk Management activities. We are looking for a committed and motivated colleague who will support us and all colleagues at NORMA Group during our Internal Audit activities as well as further developing the Risk Management System throughout the Group.

 

In your role you will support us in

  • Technical and administrative projects, especially with regard to the continuous development of the existing audit and risk management processes and tools
  • Creation, implementation and conceptual further development and improvement of existing processes and underlying frameworks (e.g. process descriptions, guidelines, manuals)
  • Regular internal and cross-functional follow-up activities and reporting processes
  • Preparation of training documents and support during group-wide training execution
  • Management of the department’s Sharepoint / Intranet sites

  • Strong communication skills in English and German and
  • Enthusiasm for economic topics and issues, which you also demonstrate in your studies with economic / business focus (e.g. business administration, political economics, industrial engineering, business law or comparable areas)
