For our headquarters in Maintal near Frankfurt/Main we are looking for a Manager Corporate Responsibility to support our central Investor Relations tasks.

Tasks:
- Further development/implementation of CSRD reporting including leading working groups to implement the CSRD and regular reporting to the relevant steering committee
- Co-responsibility for ensuring the timely external audit of sustainability reporting
- Responsibility for and continuous improvement of external sustainability ratings
- Supporting the team in corporate responsibility projects (sustainability strategy of NORMA Group, reaction to financial market and customer ratings, corporate citizenship activities, communication of sustainability topics)
- Support/consulting of departments regarding the implementation of sustainability projects (e.g. sustainability in purchasing), including the development and implementation of trainings/workshops
- Cross-divisional and global collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Reporting line: Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Responsibility
Qualifications
- University degree, ideally with a focus on sustainability or external audit, and an affinity for interdisciplinary work
- At least 2 years of professional experience in sustainability management, ideally in a global company
- Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (CSRD, EU taxonomy, ISO standards, UN Sustainability Development Goals etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent networking and teamwork skills
- Fluent in German and English
