As a HR Generalist (m/f/d) at NORMA Group, you will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting various HR services tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our human resources department. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR administration and HR business partnering while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • HR administration
    • Maintenance and update of employee records and HR databases
    • Creation of contracts, job references and certificates
    • Preparation of internal evaluations and various HR data 
    • Payroll preparation (we have an extrnal payroll team)
    • contact person for external audits and year-end closing documentation
  • Onboarding: Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Learning & Development: promote and cooperate with external service providers and support with individual development plans
  • Creation of reports, presentations, and budget for his/her area of responsibility
  • Assistance in drafting HR policies and procedures or training material

 

Your profile

This is the perfect role to deepen your knowledge in HR, together with well experienced Business Partners, as a young professional or career starter and to climb the career ladder in HR with us. You should bring:

  • A degree in economics with a focus on labor law, HR or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience as HR Generalist or Junior HR BP as maternity cover or first working experiences as student in HR during your studies
  • Knowledge in individual and collective employment law beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; assertiveness
  • A high level of commitment and hands-on mentality
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • MS Office professional, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, SAP knowledge an advantage
