Your tasks:

 

  • Conceptual, organizational and process-related development of global data protection management system
  • Internal coordination of all data protection relevant topics within all national as well as international companies of NORMA Group (data protection coordinator globally)
  • Contact person for the data protection officer of NORMA Group (currently externally appointed)
  • Options to take over the function of the internally appointed Data Protection Officer of NORMA Group in the future
  • Advising departments and group companies on data protection-related issues and cooperation with regard to data protection-related interface topics (e.g. information security, compliance)
  • Conception and implementation of training measures, in particular on the topic of data protection for various target groups
  • Implementation of relevant data protection and legal requirements in guidelines, standards, processes and concepts
  • Conducting audits in the area of data protection in accordance with legal and internal requirements
  • Contract management in data protection including review of data protection contracts (e.g. order processing contracts)
  • Legal review and negotiation of contracts with suppliers and consultants in the area of IT as well as legal advice on IT topics

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Completed studies in the field of law, business law, information law or a comparable discipline
  • Relevant professional experience and solid knowledge in the areas of data protection law and IT law
  • Ideally, relevant certification as a company data protection officer (CIPP/E, GDDcert, udiszert)
  • Methodical and practical experience in process and project management
  • Ability to work independently, quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders
  • Fluent English and German
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10 percent)
