As Strategy & Business Transformation Manager you will support the strategic development of NORMA Group worldwide based on comprehensive analysis, take over individual internal project topics and develop standard processes and decision papers for the Management Board.
Your tasks:
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of the group-wide strategy process.
- Supporting the Executive Board in strategic corporate planning as well as responsibility for the implementation of individual processes and measures derived from this, including the development of process improvements and standards
- Preparation and elaboration of relevant concepts, reports, analyses and decision papers for the Executive Board
- Coordination of strategic board initiatives with regional management teams and central departments
- Participation in projects for the implementation of the global strategy including the development and evaluation of strategic options as well as the preparation and documentation of project results
- Research, analysis and evaluation of markets, industries, trends and the macroeconomic environment
- Participation in the development, plausibility check and implementation of global transformation projects
- Participation in portfolio planning within NORMA Group
- Coordination and follow-up of projects and compliance with targets
- Support and coordination of special projects
- Perspective independent assumption of management tasks within the group
Your profile:
- Completed studies as industrial engineer, economist or engineer with focus on mechanical engineering
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in strategic management consulting or in an industrial environment desirable
- Experience in the use of project management tools is an advantage
- Results-oriented personality with leadership potential and project management talent
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented team player
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- International mobility required
- Proactive, agile and intercultural personality
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of another language is an advantage
