Your tasks:

 

  • Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual controlling analyses, decision recommendations, reports and evaluations

  • Preparation of decision recommendations for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board in coordination with the Vice President Group Controlling
  • Continuous further development of the operations controlling instruments as well as the monthly management reporting processes of the regions and the Group, especially in terms of standardisation, efficiency and transparency
  • Further development, standardisation and cross-functional harmonisation of the budget process for Strategic Business Units (cost accounting, legal entity segmentation, etc.)
  • Interface function to controlling-relevant elements of the BI and ERP systems of NORMA Group
  • Development of or participation in the development of Group guidelines for the area of business unit controlling, key figure systems, cost accounting, profitability analysis, calculation guidelines, transfer prices and assumption of responsibility for the respective implementation
  • Rollout and implementation of a new reporting concept at Norma (as major part of the financial transformation to Strategic Business Units)

 

Your profil: 

 

  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration in the field of finance and controlling
  • Professional experience (at least 4-5 years) in a comparable position (preferably in the automotive industry) and/or in an auditing company (Big 4)
  • Knowledge of operations controlling, e.g. through work as a plant controller
  • Experience with and affinity for IT interfaces (proficient in Microsoft D365 and/or COGNOS, TM1, BI tools, ERP systems as well as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as high result orientation
  • Analytical way of thinking and high ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in English
