Your Tasks:

You will oversee global, cross-functional project and change management within the purchasing and supply chain organisation and supply chain organization, inculding

  • Comprehensive project planning and implementation including stakeholder analysis and communication, definition of the project scope and tasks, planning and scheduling of project timetables
  • Taking over the sub-project management for the introduction of Power BI as a global reporting tool in purchasing (or comparable projects)
  • Definition of rules, requirements and responsibilities for source systems and data maintenance processes (support in the development of the "Shared Service Centre Data Maintenance")
  • Ensuring global process standards, especially in the area of purchasing / SCM reporting and controlling, including performance monitoring
  • Administration of purchasing systems and carrying out employee training and first and second level support
  • Management of the annual budget process in purchasing
  • Ensuring data availability as part of the monthly reporting to the Executive Vice President Purchasing & SCM and the Management Board of NORMA Group


Your profil

  • Completed degree in economics, e.g. Master of Science with a focus on industrial engineering (alternatively business administration, logistics)
  • Proven user knowledge in project management / reporting & BI tools (especially MS Excel and Power BI)
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience (preferably in purchasing and / or supply chain) - English language skills B2/C1
