Your mission:

As Marketing Manager (m/f/d), your core responsibilities include defining, implementing and tracking customer-focused multichannel strategies and initiatives. Your mission here is to define and optimize the B2B customer journey of your target groups across all channels in order to support our growth plans and further expand our brand awareness.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Defining the marketing strategy and annual marketing planning (including budget planning) for your area of responsibility.
  • Development and implementation of target group specific pull and push marketing campaigns as well as its international adaptation across all relevant channels
  • Management and expansion of target group-specific online presences, as well as control and implementation of supporting measures - such as SEO, SEA, content marketing - to optimize the KPIs defined by you
  • Marketing-side preparation and support of product launches and sales campaigns
  • Planning, improvement and execution of our product and trade marketing activities in close cooperation with the regional units
  • Conception and execution of lead acquisition campaigns and other sales support measures
  • Planning and execution of internal and external events as well as trade fair participations
  • Conducting market and target group analyses, in particular to define personas, customer journeys and content offers
  • Selection and control of external service providers as well as close cooperation and coordination with sales, e-commerce and product management

 

Your profile:

  • You have a successfully completed degree in marketing, communications or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of (digital) marketing, preferably in a B2B or retail environment
  • You preferably have experience in working with common CMS and marketing automation solutions as well as performance marketing tools
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, work independently, are motivated and problem-solving oriented (pragmatic hands-on approach)
  • You work reliably and systematically and have high quality standards while being flexible at the same time
  • You have good project management skills and are a team player
  • You are fluent in German and English
