Your responsibility

• Continuously assesses, further develops and optimizes the global SCM Operating Model
• Responsible for global coordination and roll-out of implementation activities as well as advanced planning activities
• Optimizes and harmonizes global processes in order to improve delivery service to customers and SCM costs
• Drives the standardization of NORMA Group´s SCM processes and procedures
• Responsible for process and practice governance, controls metrics, supports target setting and ensures compliance
• Supports definition of clear and effective KPIs and processes for Supply Chain operations and global compliance

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration with focus on supply chain management or logistics
• Supply chain know-how and experience of min. 3 years, APICS certification is an advantage
• Knowledge of Project Management tools and methods needed
• Experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry is desired
• Experience of working with lean production system
• Distinct communication skills (being able to communicate to several stakeholders)
• Persistent and able to drive development of global standards and procedures
• Analytical, structured, self-driven
