Your tasks:


  • Planning and steering the integration of new acquisitions into the Group in cooperation with regional management, regional CFOs and other Group functions
  • Analysis of potential target companies in cooperation with the Vice President Strategy/Business Transformation, implementation of company valuations and financial due diligence projects
  • Analysis and accompanying support of new business models, demand-oriented special evaluations of projects with regard to profitability, cost and result effects and preparation of decision papers in M&A projects
  • Business analyses / benchmarking in and between the individual regions/subsidiaries and derivation of steering impulses and measures
  • Further development of the existing regional profitability calculation according to areas, products and customers
  • Continuous further development of the existing reporting, control and early warning systems
  • Contact person for the regional management and the regional CFOs
  • Planning, management and control of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting / budget / forecast for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
  • Personnel organisation and technical management of currently four Group Controlling employees



Your profile:


  • A degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/corporate consulting/international accounting or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of extensive professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with and affinity for IT interfaces (proficient in IBM Cognos/TM1 or SAP, Microsoft AX and BI tools, Deltamaster, Excel, ThinkCell, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as high result orientation and analytical way of thinking
  • Excellent operational controlling skills, e.g. acquired as a responsible plant controller and very good practical knowledge of IFRS accounting (incl. group accounting)
  • Experience in staff management, motivation and development, teams of at least 3 people
  • Entrepreneurial, professionally and socially competent leader with drive, passion, enthusiasm as well as, "Hands-On" and "Getting things done" mentality
