Principal Activities:
- Cooperation with other departments
- Processing any customer complaints received according to company procedure
- Controlling prices in contact with sales department
- Checking credit limitation and confirming orders
- Suggesting additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs;
- Tracking orders and forecasts and alerting appropriate parties of any potential delivery problems
- Ensuring order fulfilment with all respective departments
- Answering customers questions, managing their purchase orders and making sure they are satisfied with our service
- Working with existing customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Cooperation with European customers via email and phone on a daily basis
- Serving as communication link between customers and the rest of the organization to assure responsiveness
Profile:
- Good EXCEL skills
- Good analytical, organizational, communication
- Problem solving and decision making ability
- Strong customer focus - building, maintaining and developing customer relations
- Experience in Customer Service-related environments
- Communicative English
- ERP system knowledge would be an advantage
