Principal Activities:

  • Cooperation with other departments
  • Processing any customer complaints received according to company procedure
  • Controlling prices in contact with sales department
  • Checking credit limitation and confirming orders
  • Suggesting additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs;
  • Tracking orders and forecasts and alerting appropriate parties of any potential delivery problems
  • Ensuring order fulfilment with all respective departments
  • Answering customers questions, managing their purchase orders and making sure they are satisfied with our service
  • Working with existing customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Cooperation with European customers via email and phone on a daily basis
  • Serving as communication link between customers and the rest of the organization to assure responsiveness



  • Good EXCEL skills
  • Good analytical, organizational, communication
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
  • Strong customer focus - building, maintaining and developing customer relations
  • Experience in Customer Service-related environments
  • Communicative English
  • ERP system knowledge would be an advantage
