  • Harmonization of business requirements worldwide with goal of standardization of business processes and documents/ reporting’s in the CAQ environment
  • Analyze, configure, test and implement CASQ-IT Quality modules as part of the global CAQ rollouts to multiple locations in EMEA region but also worldwide.
  • Take a proactive lead for reflection of quality processes in CAQ 
  • Working with global customers (Norma entities) to facilitate the implementation and support of CASQ-IT modules, inclusive of design, configuration, testing and training with comprehension of quality topics as part of ERP end-to end processes
  • Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for end users as deemed by project plan
  • Ensure that reporting is implement and improve according to the global quality requirements
  • Planning and implementation of workshops and training of employees at various locations
  • Assist project manager with managing scope and communicating issues to appropriate personnel as well as the implementation and maintenance of group IT standards and best practices
  • Supervising process and functional design activities throughout development lifecycle
  • Collaborating with internal and external developers to implement solutions
  • Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals
  • Providing global 2nd level support to CASQ-IT users using NORMA Group’s incident management system and processes



  • CAQ Consulting Experience - excellent interpersonal skills-'Customer Focus' and ‘Consultant mindset‘
  • Very good knowledge of quality management standards and processes in automotive environment
  • Ability to write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise 
  • Ability to coordinate regional and global change request developments, analyze impact and ensure functionality is addressed and compliance requirements are covered
  • Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications
  • Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize and organize your time, project schedules and multiple project activities
  • Contribute to the set-up and execution of CASQ-IT project work streams
  • End-to-end process understanding of quality related business processes
  • Experience in CAQ rollouts
  • Enjoys working on a team
  • Good training and knowledge transfer skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) at all levels
  • Experiences in automotive industry (Automotive supplier to OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) is a plus
  • Travel Requirement up to 50%
