Role description
»Manage outsourcing partners to ensure the contracted service quality is delivered
»Align technical requirements with I&O architects for external service delivery
»Prepare sourcing requests (RfQ, RfP) for new projects and align demands with purchasing
»Perform regular service meetings with outsourcing providers and control defined KPIs
»Maintain internal ITSM assets in ServiceNow and ensure process alignment with external supplier
»Manage IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) delivery

Manage external delivery of I&O services for NORMA Group


Resource required to
»Reliable operation of hybrid I&O service model for NORMA Group I&O Services
»Cost and quality tracking of outsourcing partners
»Escalation management for critical service incidents
»Ensure compliance of external service provider with NORMA Group governance



  • At least 5 years managing experience in international companies (bigger than 3000 User / 30 sites) and extended intercultural skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in IT operations and related technology
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Able to provide clear direction and accountabilities as well as establish efficient workflows
  • Act with a clear sense of ownership and manage different interests efficiently
