The Branch Supervisor is wholly responsible for the operation and success of the branch.


Reporting to the National Distribution Manager and dotted line to the National Customer Service Manager, to be successful in this role, the successful candidate will need to be:-

  • Highly motivated, adaptable & dynamic
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels, both internally & externally.
  • Strong PC skills and generally computer literate.
  • Ability to manage a challenging workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of OH&S principles and legislation
  • Possess a strong focus on meeting or exceeding customers' expectations


Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:-


Customer Service responsibilities:-

  • Handling of all customer communications
  • Entering sales orders into the system accurately and promptly as received.
  • Providing technical and sales support for customers.
  • Following up on leads and referrals.
  • Commitment to understanding the company's complete product range.


Warehouse responsibilities:-

  • Oversee and assist the store person
  • General warehouse duties
  • Receiving & receipting
  • Picking, packing & Invoicing
  • Managing the annual stocktake


Working within a small team, your primary focus is the running of the WA branch in keeping with NORMA's company objectives always maintaining a strong customer focus ensuring deliveries are 'On Time, In Full and Correct'.

The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.  You will be required to have experience with an ERP system preferably with Microsoft Dynamics AX but not essential.
