Quality Technician with technical background in automotive manufacturing, experienced in quality systems and statistical process control. The profile requires knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, and basic PFMEA, with the ability to analyze process and product performance using SPC, Cp/Cpk and Pp/Ppk. Familiar with root cause analysis methodologies, quality documentation, and customer-specific requirements. Experience supporting product launches, engineering changes, internal audits, LPAs, and continuous improvement activities in a metal-mechanical environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, structured problem-solving mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally while maintaining high standards in safety, ethics, and environmental compliance.

Experience coordinating containment and sorting activities.

Ability to generate and analyze quality reports and KPIs (PPM, scrap, COPQ).

Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
