- Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico o afín (Titulado).
- Ingles minimo 60% (Hablado y Escrito).
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en industria metal mecánica (Automotriz preferentemente o Industrial).
- Conocimiento de MS Office; es deseable contar con conocimientos en software para AMEF / FMEA.
- Mínimo 3 años de  experiencia con software CAD (preferentemente SolidWorks o Creo).
- Conocimientos en el análisis de procesos de manufactura (Six Sigma y MTM).
- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas basadas en datos.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de calidad Core Tools, 8Ds / 5-Why para el cierre efectivo de quejas de cliente o fallas internas.
- Perfil altamente organizado y estructurado; capaz de gestionar y finalizar tareas críticas con gran atención al detalle.
