Education: Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, IMA, IME, or similar

Bilingual English-Spanish

Experience in:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in manufacturing environmente (preferred in metalmechanic)
• Experience in prepare and implement and promote Safety Culture programs.
• Environmental System (ISO 14001)
• Security System (ISO-45001)
• IATF System
• Government regulations (local, state, federal)
• Waste management regulations
• Development of safety and environmental programs
• Develop and promote a safety culture
• Monitoring of accidentes, incidents, near miss, firs aids, etc.
• Risk analysis (Machinery and equipment, building)
• Oriented to floorshop presence
• Continuous improvement mindset
