Main objectives:

 

  • Responsible for the development of overall customers sales strategy in line with the Group's sales processes
  • Oversee and manage preparation of annually and monthly sales forecast and budget based on the company goal set by the management;
  • Visit customers, and manage the collection and dissemination of appropriate market information to company and its affiliates. Manage the creation and retention of sales opportunities for company
  • Providing information on customers for management analysis and review. Competition information collection and analysis
  • Develop new markets in terms of segment and geography.
  • Keep informed on competitive products, pricing and new product development.
  • Assure the compliance with all ESH (environment, safety and health) requirements for a safe work environment.
  • Active working and knowledge of NG IT systems: Delta Master, eCRM etc.
  • Support marketing dep. in researches for specific products/markets­ & sales strategies

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervising and achieving assigned revenue target by selling the company’s complete line of solutions and services to assigned accounts, taking due account of the sales policy of Norma Group
  • Work on short term and long term plans to grow the business and to ensure penetration of all existing and potential opportunities at the assigned customers
  • Regular sales reporting, monitoring overdue invoice, preparation of margin/sales analysis
