Kick‑start your career in Digital Commerce, CRM, and Data Operations
NORMA Pacific is a leading supplier of engineered connection, flow and fastening solutions across hardware, industrial, plumbing, agricultural and automotive sectors. We are building a modern commercial engine — and we’re looking for a motivated student to join us as a Digital Commerce & CRM Intern (16hours /week).
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work directly with our Commercial Growth Manager and Marketing Coordinator, supporting real commercial projects across eCommerce, CRM, data quality, digital campaigns, and reporting.
If you enjoy working with systems, data, digital tools, and structured processes, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Work On
Webshop (Magento)
- Update product pages (images, specs, GTINs, documents)
- Maintain bundles, quick‑order sets, and campaign tiles
- Help build our webshop into a customer self‑service hub
CRM (D365 CRM)
- Cleanse and update customer and contact data
- Support opportunity updates, tagging, and follow‑up lists
- Improve database quality to support DotDigital eDM campaigns
ERP & Product Data (D365F&O + Windchill)
- Assist with product data clean‑ups
- Reconcile supplier data
- Support new part creation workflows
Digital Campaign Support
- Prepare assets using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Assist with DotDigital eDM builds
- Ensure product pages are campaign‑ready
Reporting & Insights
- Support Power BI and Excel reporting
- Help build dashboards and commercial insights
- Assist with territory mapping, call cycles, and merchandising frameworks
