The Key Account Manager is a key customer-focused role within the business, which will be responsible for defining market strategy, plus meeting and/or exceeding sales budgets through focused key accounts.

 

Primary Responsibilities

•    Develop and identify customer strategies for new business opportunities.
•    Handle sales of company’s range of industrial products.
•    Identify NORMA Group portfolio of products and brands, the target product ranges that fits to the market needs.
•    Establish NORMA Group portfolio of products and brands in the market based on innovation, value to customers, service and quality.
•    Assist in developing marketing initiatives to promote sales of industrial products.
•    Establish rapport and build strong long-term working relationships with key strategic customers.
•    Build and sustain relationships with internal partners in the region, other regions and headquarter.
•    Prepare financial plans including forecasting and budgeting and the 5-year strategic plan.
 

Profile

•    Demonstrated commercial analytical experience and strong reporting skills
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective Customer working relationships.
•    Able to build, maintain and analyse knowledge of market conditions and trends and customer activities/competitive responses
•    Effective negotiation skills
•    Experience in B2B sales
•    Experience in developing and monitoring sales budgets and targets.
•    Proven knowledge of customer relationship management including assessing customer needs, meeting customer expectations and evaluating customer satisfaction.
•    Strategic focus with hands on approach
•    Experience with eCRM systems
•    Proven track record in negotiating with key stakeholders.
•    Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
•    Ability to elicit needs from key decision makers
