The “Process Excellence Manager SCM” ensure rollout of standard SCM processes, monitor and identifies deviations from the standard, working close with plants in assigned region on improvement measures, supports in their implementation, and monitors progress. “Process Excellence Manager” also includes following general tasks: 

• Responsible for successful (time, budget, quality) implementation of the respective functional processes during remaining NEMo365 roll-out projects
• Ensures continuous rollout of standards, and application of best practices during remaining (and after post go live time) NEMo365 roll-out projects throughout all project phases, e.g. data migration guidance, functional setups, etc.   
• Ensures that acceptance tests cover all processes in scope (D365 + satellite systems), include local aspects, and have sufficient depth
• Ensures continuous rollout of standards, and application of best practices across region.

This role may be based in any America region country in which Norma Group currently operates; depending on location, occasional travel will be required. If the candidate is from outside of USA, we do require a USA working visa. 

Responsibilities: 

• Enable the organization to properly execute the NORMA Template processes
• Identify the improvement opportunities within the Template processes, create respective GAPs and support the roll out and implementation within local legal context.
• Participate in the validation of new process requirements, active member of the Implementation Team, involved in End-to-End testing. 
• Participate in the creation or interfaces between various NORMA Group systems.
• Roll out of the business and process related KPIs incl. performing the process reviews with the local teams and cooperate on the improvement actions.
• Monitor SCM KPIs and take action ( trainings , guideline , setup support )  to improve result with close cooperation with plants.
• Collaboration with BPM Team on strategic and operational E2E process definitions.
• Initiates measures to improve process performance where required.
• Trains Key Users on processes and process changes
• Drives process change management across NORMA Group and execute the global changes on the processes that are already roll out on the entities already live with D365.
• Cooperation with “Process Excellence Managers” from other regions to improve processes and share best practices across regions.

Requirements: 

• At least 8 years of experience in relevant line functions in at least 2 companies, including at least 2 years at NORMA Group
• Proven organizational and process change management experience in relevant line functions
• Practical experience in ERP implementation projects from (Key) User perspective
• Deep understanding of organization and processes in the various areas of SCM
• Analysis of as-is organization and processes, definition and execution of change management tasks to close the delta to the target 
• Leading teams with diverse cultural background, capabilities, and experience level
• Leading remote team members, across different time zones
• Working level English, written and spoken.
• Great communication skills. 
• Proven process optimization experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification will be advantage.
• Process Excellence Managers work with local and regional functional departments on site where required, a high amount of international travel is expected.
