This position is to be filled from 01.10.2025.

Tasks

  • Manage full lifecycle of IT projects (Initiation through Hypercare)
  • Monitor the time sheets & cost sheets for project resources (Internal and External)
  • Identify and mitigate project issues & risks
  • Coordinate resources to meet the project schedule
  • Work with the business project coordinator for coordination of local key users and users
  • Create the project schedule together with the business project coordinator and monitors the project work
  • Coordinate project meetings
  • Provide regular project status reports to the steering committee and other stakeholders
  • Participate regularly at steering committee meetings

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of project management for rollouts of Dynamics 365 or other IT application projects.
  • Balance business priorities with IT capabilities for optimal outcomes
  • Manage agreed project scope, budget, and quality
  • Responsible for applying and evolving the rollout methodology
  • Spread best practices and lessons learned, also across regions

  • Local management and key knowledge holders

  • Internal and external analysts
  • External partners

 

Required knowledge and social skills

  • 3+ years experience with managing ERP rollouts in global environments, experience with rolling out a corporate ERP template a plus
  • 7+ years experience in IT project Management, PMI/Prince2/IPMA certification beneficial
  • Agile project management experience, CSM/PMI certification beneficial, Azure DevOps experience a plus
  • Experience in managing distributed project teams and working in international environments
  • Change management experience
  • Friendly, open, communicative and pro-active
  • Ability to stay focused on project coordination, chosen scope, and methodology
  • Ability to adopt to stakeholders’ communication requirements
  • Strong IT background, ideally from Application Management
  • Excellent English language skills, German a plus
  • Discrete manufacturing (automotive) industry experience a plus
