What is this position about?
This role is supporting IT financial controlling and budgeting tasks and ensuring fair and auditable distribution of central IT cost as defined in NORMA intercompany contracts. Also, it is required for delivering an monitoring transition services for Dolphin project. Adequate service design is the foundation for the transparency required in our cost management and cost distribution.
Principal Activities:
- Setup, record and monitor relevant KPIs for IT global services, processes and functions
- Analyze the results together with service, process and function owners from Group functions or regional level and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct benchmarks and surveys, analyze and act on results
- Collect and aggregate service cost and consumption data from various sources
- Define service pricing and allocation keys for billing (IT Fee) in alignment with Group Finance and Controlling
- Identify and create coaching opportunity, required change, new demand as well as new knowledge articles
- Review and update Group IT processes, maintain process documentation and related knowledge base
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management best practices, ideally with ITIL certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Proficiency in financial management and IT service management software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365, Microsoft Power BI and ServiceNow.
