Purpose :
• To promote and facilitate the successful implementation of the NORMA Group Production System (NPS) at the local site
• Drive of Operational Excellence projects and results (KPI`s) within the local site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Operational Excellence process at site and support the training of other Operational Excellence Leaders and SME`s (Subject Matter Experts)
• Assist in achieving site BSC and KPI`s and Strategic plan objectives and participates in monthly KPI reviews
• Promote & facilitate the establishment of NPS tools and conduct on-site kaizens applying them
• Promote and facilitate diagnosis of the flow of work and information to identify improvement priorities, waste and Operational Excellence cost saving projects
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen process and develop other on-site associates in the area of NPS tools and methods
• Evaluate and sign-off other Operational Excellence Leaders or associates for Subject Matter Experts
• Perform benchmarking studies as required
• Drives “best practices” in all areas of responsibility
Profile :
•Master degree manufacturing or production management or business administration
•Experienced with medium, high volume series production of components with high variety, as well as manual and full automatic assembly processes.
•Deep knowledge in Lean principles, 5-10 years experience in executing KAIZENs
•Know how in MTM/REFA, KANBAN, KAIZEN, Heijunka, Daily/Visual Management, 5S, SMED, Standardwork, VSM, Problem Solving, Kamishibai, TPM, Transactional Process Improvement, VAVE and quality methods (Scrap market place, Gauge R&R, MSA, D/P FMEA, PokaYoke)
•Good production and manufacturing/process engineering Know How at GEMBA, Hands on mentality
•Fluentin english
•Social competent, team player, pragmatic, convincing, very good communication skills at all company levels A extroverted thinker !
•User of MS Office as well as of AX-System
